Password Reset Requests

Please note, that if you make an online password reset request using an email address, if the address in your request is different than the email address in your profile, the system will NOT send the reset email. This is a security requirement to prevent outsiders from hacking into the system.
If you use your username, then the reset email will be sent to the email address in your profile. If you do not receive the reset email it could be that it is being sent to an old email address.
If you are not sure which email address is in your profile, please use the Contact Us link and ask Marsha to call you on the phone number in your profile. In this situation too, we cannot send information to an email address or phone number that is not in your profile for security reasons. Worst case the necessary information can be sent to the address used for your JWO magazine mailings.
