A growing number of members are not receiving the club emails, including the monthly newsletter and renewal notifications. This is because our email service received a so-called 'complaint' from the email address of the member. Usually when this happens it is because a member flags our emails as spam, e.g. by moving the relevant email to the SPAM folder. Once flagged with a complaint our email service is legally required to block further emails to that address.

Lifting that block is not impossible, but it is a very complicated process. The easiest way to 'reinstate' your receipt of emails is to enter a different email address in your membership profile. If you do not have an alternative email address, you can create one at a free service (GMail, Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft, etc.) and then forward received mail to your usual email address.

If you are still receiving OCA emails, please be very careful when deleting any email from the OCA. Do not move to your SPAM folder or flag it as SPAM.
